[Homemade] Burrata and tomatoes. 5 minute starter.


Burrata ball.

Slices of nice bread.

A big handful of little tomatoes cut into halves.

A handful of basil, chopped finely.

A handful of parsley, chopped finely.

2 tbsp olive oil.

1-2 tsp of balsamic vinegar.

Salt and pepper.


Drizzle some olive oil over the bread and fry on a medium to high heat for a few mins. Until it is golden and crispy.

In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, parsley, basil, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Place the Burrata in the middle of the bowl.

Drizzle a little more olive oil over, with some salt and pepper.

Garnish with some more basil leaves if you want. And serve with the toasted bread.
