[Homemade] Lazy teriyaki salmon bowl

Saw this the other day and wanted to make it as quickly and easily as possible lol. Cube the salmon, sear it on a hot skillet then pour in some teriyaki sauce and scallions and let it glaze up. Serve over a package of minute sticky rice with shredded carrots and avacado and you’re ballin on a (time) budget. The salmon is kinda pricey but if you substitute for chicken you’ve got a great meal for like $3 in under 15 minutes.
