[homemade] Pichana

Tonight’s dinner:
Oven-roasted Rostlock, (Pichana) with rootfruit-“mash”.
Used self-mixed “rub” with meat herbs, juniper berries, salt and 4-pepper mixture.
Fat coat burned off in frying pan. Then it should be in the oven at 150° for a few hours (the meat should have an internal temperature of 63° (medium-rare)

To be served with potatogratin and Bearnaise sauce
